Philip Morris Claire Melville

Psychologist Claire Melville completed her undergraduate degree in psychology though Bond University and graduated with First Class Honours at the University of Southern Queensland in 2003.

While studying at Bond University, Claire was chosen for the 'Deans Award in Social Psychology' and under the supervision of Professor Graeme Senior researched and published the effects of malingering by re-examining the MMPI-2 Validity scales.

Over the past six years, Claire has worked in private practice with WorkCentre Solutions assessing and treating many different clientele, with a range of different issues. She has assessed and treated people in the areas of depression, anxiety/stress disorders, illnesses/disease/rehabilitation problems, relationship and vocational concerns.

Focused in the Worker's Compensation arena, Claire has significant experience counselling and helping workers adjust to, and/or recover from a work-place psychological or physical injury. In addition, she performs employee assistance counselling for corporate organisations on the Gold Coast.

Claire maintains her registration as a primary education teacher and has worked with children possessing behavioural concerns.
